The only bar in Giessen where you get a great variety of whiskey and not just Jackie (bourbon) as with most. The music is great too. The staff friendly and the value for money super.

No matter what city or soft country we are, we like to visit an Irish pub because we just like the audience, the music, the atmosphere and of course the beer tastes great. Yesterday the first time in Giessen in the Irish Pub and also there we were not disappointed. The music and mood was great.

Quite a nice place with an authentic Irish pub atmosphere and live music. They have a huge collection of whisky and gin. But price are also medium high. Beers are ok. There is a entrance fee to pay if there is live music. For smokers there is a separate room.

Our group was there at Sunday evening and it was Last call when we get In. But then it was'nt. So great service to wait for us to get the drinks to enjoy. Nice decor. Must go back again when In town.

Each drink must be paid in advance. During the evening we should pay 3 euros entrance fee. On our question for what, we learned that today is karaoke evening. I do not necessarily have to go back. Local was pretty empty. There are cozier pubs with similar prices.

Very cozy pub. The Guinness is delicious and the Pils costs only 2.50 €. Always nice and friendly service. Go regularly to the Pubquizes which are well designed and always demanding. Only to be recommended!
